Hi! I'm Rachel, the owner and CEO of Poppies by Rachel.
I'm a wife, a proud mom to my amazing 5-year-old daughter, and someone who truly loves bringing joy to life's sweetest celebrations. When you order from me, you're not just another customer, you become part of my Poppies family. I believe that exceptional customer service is just as important as creating beautiful, delicious desserts, and I pour my heart into every order.
I specialize in handcrafted cake pops and cakesicles, creating custom treats that are as memorable as the occasions they celebrate. Whether you're planning a birthday, baby shower, wedding, B' mitzvah, bridal shower, holiday celebration, or any special event, I'd love to help bring your vision to life with desserts that are almost too pretty to eat!
My passion for creating doesn't stop there. I'm also the co-owner of Palm Beach Sugar Spell, an artisan cotton candy company that I proudly own with my best friend, Elisa Sorrell. Together, we create whimsical cotton candy experiences that add a little extra magic to every event.
And when I'm not in the kitchen, you'll often find me behind the DJ booth! I also perform as DJ GET LOST, bringing high-energy music and unforgettable vibes to parties and events.
